Great Chair

The chair is awesome and delivery was quick

Purchased for my elderly parents as a gift. Putting a chair together created some issues as the air tube connectors appeared to be missing as compared to YouTube instructions. Emails to sales and to the support department had no response. Succeeded on the second attempt phone call and was told that the video is outdated and these connectors have been modified. An updated video is not available. Registering a warranty is another concern in communications which presents a bit of warry if there is a warranty claim. You have to register the chair within 30 days which I did. There is no confirmation once done. Sent an email inquiry to confirm and no response. That is a bit uncomforting. As far as the chair itself goes, my parents love it. The airbags a bit too much pressure and it's not adjustable. Overall, a great balance for money/value.

This is a very good massage chair. I love the space saving feature, it doesn't take up very much room at all. Gives a very good massage. Excellent chair at this price point. Works well for us, we are 5'10 and 6'2. (Our 4'11" daughter is small for it, though benefits from all parts except the shoulder airbags. Only thing I wish this did have is the airbags at the hips. But...otherwise, it is a great chair, and I (and my husband) highly recommend.

I am really impressed with this product. I am 39 y.o., 6'7", 255 lb. I have a 37.5" waist and wear a 48-50 suit jacket. I am an avid weight lifter with wide proportions. I have many aches and pains from my active lifestyle. Lower back, foot, heel, shoulder blade, etc... I researched many different brands of massage chair, fearing I would not fit into any of them, as I am much bigger then average. Many reviews for the Kahuna were from 6'3", 6'4" people, so I decided to give it a try. It is snug, but I fit! My next concern is that none of these chairs would be powerful enough to massage me to satisfaction. This chair is more then capable! The 3 levels of intensity make it perfect for all body types and uses, usually the "medium" setting is powerful enough for me. I love the foot massage function, again, size 15 feet, I wasn't sure if the rollers would reach the correct spots, but they do. I've only just gotten this, so I will update my review in the future as my only concern left is longevity, but with a 3 year warranty, even that is not too concerning. This is a fantastic chair! Assembly is very easy, and it has enough variety/intensity levels to be useful for most anyone. My petite wife loves it too! Great product, can't recommend enough!

If you are looking for a massage chair to impress your family and friends, you probably need to spend more. It's a shame there aren't more showrooms to try out different Kahuna chairs before buying, or I may have gone with a more expensive model. The LM 6800 is good but the obvious flaws make it hard to love and harder to recommend. The first is the foot rollers, gosh they hurt. The second is the foot rest, which is pretty akward as may other reviews have mentioned. My wife is 5'2" and she doesn't reach the foot massage. Also, the remote setup is not 100% user friendly. My minimum expectation of a massage chair is that I will be able to put on the knead setting and zone out in a blissful state. I find that blissful state is elusive with this chair. It doesn't hit the trapezius and upper back really well, and if I'm not 100% aware of how I'm sitting, it will massage the actual shoulder blade and not the muscle in between them, which is uncomfortable. Now for the positives: The chair does really well on the lower back and hips. The airbags are very nice to keep the body in place while the rollers work. The amount of customization is good. The price was very affordable. Although it may not bring about total bliss, it does reduce stress and aids sleep. I do think it can improve posture if used regularly.

I was a little skeptical at first. I’ve wanted a massage chair for years, just never pulled the trigger. I m glad I finally did it! Pros: it does everything as advertised and looks nice (not cheap). It does take up a fair amount of room which is to be expected for any massage chair but it is nice that the footprint of the chair does not move much from its original position even when reclined. It is also very quiet. I have called customer service a couple times and was able to talk to a human quickly and they were very helpful and friendly. Cons: heavy and awkward to move. I did not opt for the white glove which may have helped getting it up the flight of stair with just my wife’s help. Once you get it where you want, it goes together in no time. The only problem I ran into is the air hoses had a male end on each hose. I just popped one of the connectors off with a flat head screwdriver and hooked the remaining male in end to the hose with the removed connection. The last thing I will say is that I am 6’2” tall and I feel like I m about 2” to tall to get the full benefits of this chair. I still fit and it’s comfortable but the foot massage extension does not fully extend and have to bend my knees a little bit or take my feet out of the foot holsters. That’s NOT a deal breaker and overall I think you will be very satisfied with the chair!

The white glove delivery is well worth it. I use it 2x+ a day. It makes me walk better because it takes the kinks out of my back. The negative is the controller is not well done, print and instructions are to difficult to read. I'm glad I got it but wish I could figure the controller out better.
